Waiver and Release of Liability for Ancestral Reset Program

By participating in the Ancestral Reset program (hereinafter referred to as "the Program"), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Voluntary Participation: I understand that my participation in the Program is entirely voluntary.

2. Not Medical Advice: I acknowledge that the information, recommendations, and guidance provided in the Program, including but not limited to dietary suggestions, lifestyle changes, and use of frequency-charged products, do not constitute medical advice. The Program is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

3. Consultation with Healthcare Provider: I agree that I have been encouraged to consult with my healthcare provider before starting the Program, particularly if I have any pre-existing health conditions, am pregnant, nursing, or have any concerns about my ability to participate safely in a detox or reset program.

4. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in the Program may involve risks, including but not limited to changes in my physical condition, diet, and daily routine. I willingly assume these risks and any others associated with the Program.

5. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to bring litigation against Leah Steele, Frequense, Real Andrews, their affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively referred to as "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in the Program.

6. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to my participation in the Program.

7. Personal Responsibility: I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to follow safety precautions and to determine whether I am physically and mentally fit to participate in the Program activities.

8. No Guarantees: I understand that results from the Program may vary and that no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

9. Governing Law: This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America.

10. Severability: If any provision of this waiver is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By agreeing to participate in the Ancestral Reset program, I affirm that I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
